Serving London, Hertfordshire and Essex

Our services
Everyday property repairs, including doors, locks, fixtures, fittings, carpentry and minor plumbing.
Scheduled visits for agreed maintenance tasks, seasonal upkeep and general property care.
Kitchens, bathrooms, flooring, partitioning and improvements to homes, offices and commercial premises.
Repairs, redecorating, cleaning, clearance and make-good works between occupiers.
Plasterwork, brickwork, roof and gutter repairs, windows, doors, fencing, paving and pressure washing.
Vinyl, laminate, carpet tile, wood and safety flooring installed to homes, offices, classrooms and communal areas, with old floors lifted and subfloors prepared.
Internal and external decorating for residential properties, commercial premises and communal areas.
Our services cover agreed repair, maintenance and improvement works. Compliance management, statutory inspections, testing and certification are outside our service scope.
Window treatments
Window coverings are often the last thing to be sorted and the first thing people notice. We measure, supply and fit curtains, blinds and window film to homes, offices, classrooms and communal areas, and take on the repairs and replacements that come with them.
Roller, vertical, day-night, blackout and venetian blinds, measured to fit the window rather than a standard size.
Curtain poles, tracks and rails fixed to plaster, brick and timber, with the curtains hung and adjusted on the day.
Privacy, solar control and decorative film applied to existing glazing to reduce glare and help keep rooms cooler.
Stuck, sagging or broken blinds, worn cords and mechanisms, loose poles and rails, and curtains re-hung.
Which blind or film suits a room depends on the light, the view and how the window is used. We talk it through with you, then fit everything in one visit wherever we can, leaving the windows clean and working properly as we finish.

Flooring
A worn floor changes how a space feels, whether it is an office that needs to look after visitors or a classroom that takes a beating every term. We lift old floors, prepare the subfloor and install vinyl, laminate, carpet tile, wood and safety flooring to homes, offices, schools and communal areas.
For commercial and school settings, we plan the work around your hours — office fit-outs can run alongside your working week, and classroom and corridor flooring is fitted during school holidays or agreed access windows, so rooms are ready before people return.

General building works
Most properties need more than the everyday fix. Alongside reactive repairs and planned maintenance, we take on the general building work that comes with them — a partition moved, a wall made good after cabling, a doorway adjusted, a tired room brought back to a decorated condition.
Building work carried out alongside a maintenance schedule, while the building stays in use and around the school day or your working hours.
Building work for a single home or a portfolio of flats and houses, from one repair made good to a room or property prepared for a new occupier.
Where the work forms part of an ongoing maintenance arrangement, we can fold it into the schedule. Where it is a one-off, we quote it on its own. Either way, you hear from the same person from the first conversation through to handover.
